Franchise BDM in the South West
£40,000 pa Basic + bonus
Main duties and responsibilities:
Provide to the Franchise network day-to-day leadership and management that mirrors adopted company’s core values, short and long term plans.
Sales:

Support assigned Centres with Sales coaching & Sales prospecting throughout the whole sales process (finding leads, first contact, follow up, getting a meeting and closing deal)

Define type B2B activities (existing and potential) which can benefit the centre and add incremental sales

Establish the business objectives of the Franchisees by reviewing 2024 target and monitor the P&L of the Franchisees monthly, in order to increase profitability.

Analyse and monitor sales and market data to ensure that the centres are appropriately addressing their efforts towards the established targets.

Support the roll out of in house core platform and our CRM system to equip the franchisee with the right tool to sell to Businesses

Collaborate with Marketing Department to launch new service/products, monitoring KPIs and revenues growth.

Operations:

Support with operational advice and practical assistance.

Carry out an annual store visit plan in order to support the network in terms of operational and sales activities tasks with direct presence throughout the assigned area, with appropriate follow up actions and visit reports.

Develop relationship with all departments in order to demonstrate a coaching/motivating approach to the Franchisee

Address operational challenges related to the services back to commercial partners and relevant managers

Carry out Business Quality Assessments to assigned FRANCHISED Centres. Assist the franchisee to achieve compliance and advise where required.
