BUSINESS COACH / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – NORTH & SCOTLAND AND MIDLANDS (2 VACANCIES).
Salary from £50K pa (dependent on experience).
28 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays + Car allowance + Bonus potential.
The Business Development Manager will coordinate with franchisees to encourage sustained growth and excellence within their region.
This role is home based but also requires regular travel to multiple sites.
This role is pivotal to the success of these territories and will be responsible for developing strategic growth plans for individual businesses while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Applicants will therefore ideally be able to demonstrate their experience of driving commercial progress in multi-unit models within franchising and/or the care sector.
This is not a direct sales role - this is a position focused on coaching and influencing business owners throughout our franchised network to enable them to successfully grow diverse and profitable organisations.
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
Managing relationships with franchisees and encourage growth via maximisation of their territories.
Using KPI's to support the businesses to achieve operational efficiencies and ultimately increased profitable growth.
Facilitating the sharing of best practice by hosting regional meetings and peer to peer workshops.
Project managing and contributing to ad hoc initiatives on a range of topics such as the creation of workshops.
Demonstrating a solid commercial understanding which will allow you to deliver targeted guidance to franchisees, ultimately resulting in profitable growth and revenue for the Franchisor.
