• Coach owners on sales, financial performance and business planning
• Drive revenue, client acquisition and recruitment outcomes
• Analyse P&L, forecasting and KPIs to improve performance
• Support underperforming and foundation businesses
• Lead workshops, strategy sessions and best practice sharing
Ideal for experienced franchise or multi-site professionals with strong commercial acumen and influencing skills.
