Basic £50-£55,000 pa ( DOE)

Provide business support and coaching across a portfolio of the Top Performing franchisee offices and multi-unit franchise owners. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Motivate, support and challenge the owners of some of our most successful franchises

  • Support all business implementation and ensure offices are working at their optimum level with systems and processes provided by National Office.

  • Work with the Quality Consultants to ensure Franchise Standards are being met and a quality service is being delivered.

  • Offer external coaching support where appropriate and link into external coach.

  • Share best practice with owners to support them in their journey

  • Work with franchise owner on organisation structure as per the business model

  • Be the eyes and ears for the franchisor to ensure growth and quality is being delivered.

  • Support the owners to recruit and retain quality frontline staff

  • Review and support financials including p and l and forecasting and routines.

  • Use data & analytics to health check business performance and provide benchmarking reports and best practice to franchise owners on what’s working in other franchises

  • Influence and motivate the franchise owners by building a relationship of trust but also able to challenge them where appropriate

  • Motivate the franchise owner to drive revenues and optimise profitability

  • Help to implement new systems and technologies to drive operational efficiencies

  • Be the voice of the franchisee

  • Provide ongoing feedback to National Office on what the network needs are

  • Deliver sales coaching to franchise owners

  • Support the franchise owner on community engagement to build a referral network

  • Motivate the franchise owner to build a business plan and review it with them at regular intervals

  • Organise and host peer to peer best practice webinars and events to drive improvements

  • Drive Franchise owner participation at company events such as National Conference and Business Update Meetings

  • Take the lead on the development and delivery of key programmes 

  • On behalf of the Franchisor, ensure brand alignment and constructive participation in the network.

  • Sound knowledge of all tools currently available to franchise owners for use in building their business.
