
Business Performance Manager (Franchising)
HQ attendance with National Travel
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum
​About the Role
​
This is an exciting new opportunity to join a growing national franchise network (currently 23 territories and expanding) as a Business Performance Manager.
​
Working as part of a small, collaborative Head Office team, you’ll play a key role in supporting franchise owners to achieve strong commercial growth, operational excellence, and exceptional service standards.
​
This role offers real variety — from analysing business performance and coaching franchisees to contributing to national strategic projects. It’s a chance to make a tangible difference in a values-driven organisation with big ambitions.

What You’ll Do

Partner with franchisees to drive commercial and operational performance.

Analyse key financial and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights and plans.

Deliver coaching and support to strengthen leadership and business capability.

Collaborate on national initiatives to enhance systems, processes, and network growth.

Represent the brand at regional meetings, franchise events, and industry forums.
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a confident, motivated individual with franchise experience and a passion for performance improvement.
You’ll bring:

Proven experience in business performance, operations, or franchise management.

Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret and act on data.

Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Organised and proactive approach — comfortable working both strategically and hands-on.

Flexibility to travel nationally and manage a varied workload.
​
Experience in health or social care would be an advantage but is not essential — your franchising knowledge and business mindset are what count most.
