Business Performance Manager (Franchising)

HQ attendance with National Travel
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum

​About the Role

​

This is an exciting new opportunity to join a growing national franchise network (currently 23 territories and expanding) as a Business Performance Manager.

​

Working as part of a small, collaborative Head Office team, you’ll play a key role in supporting franchise owners to achieve strong commercial growth, operational excellence, and exceptional service standards.

​

This role offers real variety — from analysing business performance and coaching franchisees to contributing to national strategic projects. It’s a chance to make a tangible difference in a values-driven organisation with big ambitions.

What You’ll Do

​

  • Partner with franchisees to drive commercial and operational performance.

  • Analyse key financial and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights and plans.

  • Deliver coaching and support to strengthen leadership and business capability.

  • Collaborate on national initiatives to enhance systems, processes, and network growth.

  • Represent the brand at regional meetings, franchise events, and industry forums.

 

What We’re Looking For

​

We’re seeking a confident, motivated individual with franchise experience and a passion for performance improvement.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in business performance, operations, or franchise management.

  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret and act on data.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

  • Organised and proactive approach — comfortable working both strategically and hands-on.

  • Flexibility to travel nationally and manage a varied workload.

​

Experience in health or social care would be an advantage but is not essential — your franchising knowledge and business mindset are what count most.
