Main duties and responsibilities:

Build Relationships: Develop strong, trusting connections with new contractors, understand their needs, and offer solutions to help them succeed.

Represent the Brand: Act as an ambassador for the company, sharing our products and services with contractors, and fostering positive engagement with our brand.

Sales & Account Management: Oversee contractor accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and provide ongoing support to maintain long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify Opportunities: Look for ways to grow business with existing contractors and bring on new accounts.

Franchise Opportunity Suggestion: Identify top-performing contractors and suggest franchising opportunities as a way for them to expand their business and join our network.

Provide Support: Actively support contractors by answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring they have the right tools and knowledge to succeed in their projects.

Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and competitors to make sure we’re offering solutions that align with contractor needs.

Collaborate with Teams: Work alongside other departments (Such as Technical, and Manufacturing), to ensure consistent support for contractors.
