• Support Franchise Partners: Coach, train, and motivate new franchise partners, helping them to enhance their sales strategies and increase profitability. Your insights into broker networks will be vital in this support.

• Develop and Expand Broker Relationships: Identify, target, and build strong relationships with insurance brokers and similar organisations to generate a consistent flow of high-quality claim leads. Your expertise in the insurance sector will be crucial in identifying opportunities for collaboration.
