An exciting new field based/HQ role that focuses on driving Franchisee business performance within this established network.

Compliance & Standards

• Work closely with Franchisees to identify areas for improvement to ensure full compliance and management of the BRAND model standards.

Marketing

• Support existing franchisees to increase marketing activities to grow sales within their territories

​

Network Coaching

• Provide close one to one support to Franchisees to coach them to achieve their business goals by development of new skills, techniques and providing accountability

​

What you will need:

​

• Proven and demonstrable experience in a franchise business coach, franchise management role

• Strong sense of accountability and ownership to ‘makes things happen’

• Experience in identifying and creating business development strategy and planning

• Advanced communication skills

• Ability to work on own initiative and cooperatively with others
