Your main goal is to make their franchisees successful and help them to continuously grow their business.
Consult franchisees via phone, email and in personal meetings and organise conferences or similar events to foster the exchange between franchisees and the franchisor
Onboarding franchisees and support them with everything they need to successfully setup their business
Fully responsible for the training of new franchisees
Support franchisees with finding a permanent trading location and planning their operations
Help Franchisees analyse their performance and make the necessary changes to improve
Develop franchisees from single-unit to multi-unit partners
Work on other projects with high strategic relevance in close cooperation with the MD
You report directly to the MD of the company
