Key Responsibilities:

Work with all major stakeholders to create the UK Franchise model through to delivery of showrooms in line with OUR UK strategy

Lead, develop and create operational and commercial relationships with all franchise partners and operators across the UK

Managing the day to day activities for franchises including coordinating initial set up activities and providing ongoing support to Franchise partners.

Support delivery of all business objectives and outputs

Support revenue generation, brand standards delivery and operational best practice

Explore opportunities for new franchise opportunities and maximise the opportunity with existing franchise partners.

Support and implement marketing strategies in line with business plans.
