Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise closely with franchisees, ensuring that they set and meet their own business plan goals.

• Assist the Franchise Director in handling franchise queries, providing timely and accurate information to potential and existing franchisees.

• Understand, implement and follow the franchise manual, ensuring that franchisees are carrying out best practices and complying with industry standards.

• Collaborate with the British Franchise Association, staying informed about industry updates, best practices, and participating in relevant events.

• Monitor compliance across the franchise network, ensuring adherence to regulations and guidelines.

• Conduct regular assessments of franchisee satisfaction and feedback, support with implementing strategies to enhance overall satisfaction.

• Implement initiatives to warm up target areas for new franchises, fostering engagement with key contacts and brand awareness.

• Keep detailed meeting minutes during franchise-related discussions, documenting decisions and points of action.
