FRANCHISE PERFORMANCE MANAGER ( MIDLANDS)

Basic £45,000pa + Car Allowance ( c£5,000pa )+ Benefits 

Seeking experience within the Domiciliary Care sector and Midlands based.

Education/Experience Requirements:


  • Experience of supporting Franchisees in the Domiciliary Care Sector

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field

  • Three years of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


The essence of this role is to work with franchisees in a Business Development capacity - driving Franchisees business performance with support and coaching that will increase their performance and unit level turnover that will ultimately be measured and reflected in increased MSF for the Franchisor.

  • This position requires you to have an understanding of the policies and procedures established by BRAND and the related role to the Franchise Support Department.

  • You must demonstrate excellent oral communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.

  • This position requires the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills is essential as well as sound judgement and good decision making skills.

  • Must demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies and procedures.

  • Ability to organise, prioritise daily, weekly, monthly and annually.

  • Ability to understand and discuss franchisee’s profit and loss, cash flow, forecasting and management accounts.

  • Ability to establish good working relationships with management, colleagues and franchise owners.

  • Ability to motivate and inspire growth within a franchisee’s business.

  • Ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Ability to work as part of a team working collaboratively.

  • Ability to travel extensively.

  • Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge of all tools currently available to franchise owners for use in building their business.
