The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Franchise Sales Director to take ownership of the strategic direction, growth, and public profile of this franchise. This is the most senior franchising role in the business and a unique opportunity for an experienced franchise professional to shape the future of a high-potential brand.

This is a senior leadership role without a reporting line. It is deliberately hands-on, commercially focused, and externally visible. You will be the driving force behind franchise sales, the trusted authority for franchise strategy, and the public and industry face of our franchise.

The Role

As Franchise Sales Director, you will:

• Define and lead the long-term strategy for franchise growth

• Drive franchise sales from lead engagement through to conversion

• Act as the public face of the franchise at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions

• Deliver keynote speeches, presentations, and thought leadership within the franchise arena

• Build strong relationships with prospective franchisees, partners, and industry stakeholders

• Influence and collaborate with senior leaders to ensure franchise growth aligns with wider business objectives

• A proven Franchise professional and hands-on Franchise Recruiter

• Highly credible, confident, and comfortable representing a brand at industry level

• Strategic in thinking, yet practical and hands-on in execution

• A strong communicator with exceptional presentation and public speaking skills

• Commercially astute, relationship-driven, and results-focused
