Basic salary to £38,000pa

As a result of their continued success, my client is  seeking someone to assist the Franchise Sales Director with the process of selling franchises, across the UK.

What does the role involve?

The  role is multi-functional and involves the following:

1.  Generating an agreed number of monthly prospects for the Franchise Sales Director, from a range of activities:

  • Managing marketing activities (with the support of BRAND marketing team), to generate a targeted number of monthly enquiries, across the UK and in specific locations.  

  • Contacting every person who enquires about BRAND franchise opportunities (typically by email and then by phone), to answer initial questions and conduct an initial telephone pre-screen.

  • Utilising other channels e.g., LinkedIn, local PR opportunities and local networking events.

2.  Once agreement has been reached you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the sale process, to completion. 

3.  Administrative support, including updating information on a CRM/database system, and producing reports.  

What skills and experience are required?

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong sales and/or account management experience

  • A pro-active, can-do attitude and a desire to locate and engage with potential prospects

  • An approachable, customer service-focused approach to quickly build rapport and trust

  • Multi-tasking skills to be able to manage multiple projects (franchise sales)

  • An intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Knowledge of how to use social media for business purposes

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to write good emails and social media posts
