Responsibilities:
Employee Experience and Engagement:

Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, performance, and retention.
People Operations and Culture:
-
Lead the transformation of the People function from a transactional to a strategic service.

Act as a key advisor to support managers and franchise owners navigate HR issues through guidance instructions and workflows.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and effective management of employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters for HQ Staff ( 40)
Policy and Compliance :

Drive the update of HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with best practices

Oversee training programs for franchisees, ensuring they are well-equipped to manage HR functions within their businesses.
Talent Strategy and Development:

Shape and implement the company’s talent strategy to attract, develop, and retain top talent across the organisation and franchise network.

Support in the creation of job descriptions aligned with strategic business needs and ensure successful hiring processes.

Oversee employee onboarding, ensuring new hires are embedded in Brand culture from day one.

Drive leadership development programs to enhance the capabilities of managers and future leaders across the network.
