FRANCHISE BDM (SOUTH)
Basic salary £40,000pa. commission is paid against targeted turnover and this creates an OTE of £50,000pa + Company Car + Benefits package.
The regional to be covered stretches from Walsall to London, SouthEast, South West.

As the first port of call for our Franchise network in the south, your key responsibilities will be:
Coach and support the Franchise network using best practice methods to drive sales and grow their franchise
Hold regular business reviews with your franchisees and identify growth opportunities
Ensure franchise operations comply with the operating manual and franchise system standards are achieved
Expand the current network through recruitment and training of new franchisees
Achieve targets by selling and presenting the product range and progressing projects through the supply chain
Working with internal teams to ensure profitable sales
Managing and developing new & existing regional accounts
Actively generating leads and winning new business
Delivering product presentations and CPD’s
Management of administration through Company CRM
We are looking for a commercially astute individual, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and motivate franchisees to achieve and exceed their goals. Experience of managing people is essential as is a strong sales background with evidence of success in exceeding targets. You will also have highly developed influencing and relationship management skills in order to be successful in working with independently minded franchisees.
